At MS RETRO STORE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your vintage sports gear. If your item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all retro tags and labels are still attached and the garment is unworn.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
